Refund Policy
Effective September 27, 2026
This policy covers plans and top-ups bought on musicwipe.com, in the MusicWipe web app at app.musicwipe.com, or in the MusicWipe Mac app downloaded from musicwipe.com. Purchases made inside an App Store copy of MusicWipe are refunded by Apple under Apple’s policies; you can request those at reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases made in the MusicWipe app for Android are billed by Google Play and refunded under Google Play’s refund policies; you can request those through Google Play, or email us.
Plans
We refund a Creator or Pro plan in full if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for it and you have used less than 10% of its minutes. That is under 12 minutes on Creator and under 60 minutes on Pro.
Renewals are not normally refunded. If you forgot to cancel and haven’t used MusicWipe since the renewal, write to us within 14 days of it and we will look at it.
Top-ups
We refund a top-up in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it and none of its minutes have been used.
Anything else
Outside these cases, refunds are at our discretion. If the service didn’t work for you, for example because of an outage or a problem on our side, tell us what happened and we will make it right.
What happens when we refund
A refunded plan ends straight away. When a top-up is refunded, whatever is left of its minutes is removed from your account.
Cancelling a subscription is not the same as a refund: it stops the next renewal, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address of your MusicWipe account, or tell us that address, and include the date of the purchase. We never need your card details. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Link, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Link, Stripe’s payment service, sells these purchases as merchant of record and may also issue refunds under its own policies.
EU and UK consumers
You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, described in the Terms of Use. This policy does not reduce it.
