Plans are measured in minutes of audio processed each month. Every video starts with a free 30-second preview, so you hear the result before you use any minutes.

How billing works
- You buy with your MusicWipe account
- Checkout asks you to sign in with Apple or Google first. Your plan and minutes belong to that account, so they’re there when you sign in to MusicWipe on your Mac or in the Android app, and a new device never means buying again.
- Android
- MusicWipe for Android is on Google Play, with the same plans and prices. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account to use a plan bought here. A plan bought in the Android app is billed by Google Play, and you manage or cancel it there.
- iPhone and iPad
- MusicWipe for iPhone and iPad is coming soon. When it launches, sign in with the same Apple or Google account to use your plan there.
- Tax and currency
- Prices are in US dollars. In the US they don’t include sales tax. Checkout works out any sales tax, VAT or GST for where you live and shows the total before you pay, and it can show the price in your own currency.
- Who charges you
- Checkout is run by Stripe. Your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe’s payment service, which collects any tax and emails your receipt. The charge on your card statement starts with LINK.COM.
- Cancel anytime
- Cancel from Manage billing on your account page, or from Manage subscription in the Mac app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then stops renewing.
- Changing plans
- Moving from Creator to Pro happens right away: a new billing period starts that day with a full Pro allowance, and the unused part of your Creator payment is credited. Moving to a smaller plan, or between monthly and yearly, happens at your next renewal.
- The copyright check comes with Pro
- After each full clean, Pro checks the original audio for known songs with AudD, a music recognition service, and tells you whether each one is still detectable in the cleaned audio. Videos cleaned with top-up minutes are checked too; previews aren’t. It’s in the web app, in the Android app and in the Mac app from musicwipe.com (version 1.1), and comes to the iPhone, iPad and Mac App Store apps in their next update. It isn’t a guarantee, because platforms use their own matching. See how the check works.
- How minutes work
- Plan minutes reset every month, on yearly plans too, and unused ones don’t carry over. Top-up minutes are used once your plan’s minutes run out, and they never expire. Adjusting the ambience of a finished video is free.
- Refunds
- If MusicWipe isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we’ll refund it in full, as long as you’ve used less than 10% of its minutes. Unused top-ups can be refunded within 14 days too. See the refund policy.
